The Steel Keg Association Expands, Adding Wine in Keg Leader Free Flow Wines to Growing Membership Base
Sonoma, California, September 12, 2025 - The Steel Keg Association (SKA) is proud to welcome Free Flow Wines as its newest member. As a pioneer and undisputed leader in kegged wine, Free Flow Wines brings a shared commitment to sustainability and innovation in draft beverage service, reinforcing the SKA’s mission to increase the adoption of reusable steel kegs across the global beverage industry. Free Flow Wines is the first of several new members to be announced in 2025.
Founded on the belief that circular packaging is essential to a sustainable future, SKA brings together industry professionals to educate the market on the benefits of reusable steel kegs and draft beverage systems. The addition of Free Flow Wines strengthens the association’s global reach and expands its impact in the wine sector.
Free Flow Wines has led the industry in providing premium wines in reusable stainless-steel kegs to restaurants, hotels, and hospitality venues across the U.S. Its efforts have helped eliminate over 42 million glass bottles and over 64 million pounds of wine packaging waste.
